FAVROS is happy and proud to announce that Scott O’Halloran was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers.  The ACTL is an invitation only fellowship of U.S. and Canadian practicing trial lawyers whose membership is limited to no more than 1% of the practicing lawyers in any state or province.  The ACTL thoroughly investigates each nominee and selects those who have demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism according to colleagues including opposing counsel, co-counsel, and judges who have presided over trials in which they represented a party.  Scott joins other FAVROS attorneys Tom Fain, Phil VanDerhoef, and Ron Leighton as Fellows of the College.
