August 7, 2024 - Eron Z. Cannon and Caitlyn Spencer completed a three-week long medical malpractice trial, representing a General Surgeon, who performed a primary anastomosis to the mid-transverse colon to fix a perforation. Plaintiff suffered from sepsis, respiratory failure, multiple surgeries over 3 years, PTSD and was near death. Plaintiffs’ counsel asked the jury to award $6 million. The jury rendered a unanimous defense verdict.
