Kristin is an experienced litigator, with her practice emphasizing civil litigation and medical malpractice defense.

Kristin started her legal career focusing on criminal law, representing those accused of misdemeanor and felony charges. During her time as a criminal defense attorney, she successfully defended multiple individuals at trial, obtaining acquittals on the majority of those matters. In addition, she aptly represented defendants through all stages of the criminal proceedings through negotiations and motions practice. As a result of her time as a criminal defense attorney, Kristin has developed a balance of providing both compassionate and zealous representation for her clients.

After several years working in the criminal field and gaining invaluable courtroom experience, Kristin transitioned to the civil sector and worked as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier. While working in-house, Kristin represented both individuals and insurance carriers in claims alleging personal injury and property damage. This work has provided Kristin with the ability to successfully navigate and balance the concerns of those being sued and the risk concerns of a major insurance carrier. In this context,Kristin took several cases to trial and arbitration, resulting in favorable outcomes and further honed her skills as an effective legal advocate.

When Kristin is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Taylor, and their two boys, Jax and Jace.
